Sixteen years, one discipline
IT-Magic has built and operated AWS infrastructure since 2010 — and deliberately nothing else. No development department, no design studio, no “digital transformation practice.” The narrowness is the product: it’s why every engineer on your project is senior, and why nobody here has an incentive to sell you anything but infrastructure.
The numbers that describe us
700+
projects
delivered since 2010
20+
AWS certifications
across a six-person team
Zero
security breaches
in any client environment we’ve ever operated
99%
of clients recommend us
and they stay 7 years on average
Audited by AWS, not self-declared
In 2026, IT-Magic passed the AWS Managed Service Provider audit — an independent, multi-stage examination of how we actually operate: security practices, incident management, monitoring, change control, customer operations. Few AWS partners worldwide hold the designation, because the audit checks reality, not marketing.
It sits alongside our other AWS-validated credentials:
- AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner
- Retail Consulting Competency — awarded after AWS audited our retail client projects
- Amazon EKS Service Delivery — validated delivery capability
- Amazon ECS Service Delivery — validated delivery capability
- AWS Control Tower Service Delivery — validated delivery capability
- Authorized Commercial Reseller
Every item on this list required AWS to examine real projects, real references, or real operations. None of it can be claimed by writing it on a website — which is exactly why we lead with it.
Six people. All of them do the work.
There is no sales department, no account management layer, no bench of juniors. The people below are the people on your project.

The principles we've kept since 2010
Speak the client's language
Reports your CFO can read, architecture your engineers respect. Translation between the two is part of the job.
Best practices only
Infrastructure as code, least-privilege access, encryption by default, no 0.0.0.0/0 shortcuts. The boring discipline that makes zero-breach records possible.
Transparent relationships
Fixed price after discovery. Explicit scope. Miss a milestone — you don't pay for that phase. If a project doesn't make sense for you, we say so on the first call.
Take responsibility
We operate what we build. Half our value is in year two, three, and seven of running the environment — which is why clients stay that long.
The list that makes the rest credible
- We don’t write application code — no development department exists here.
- We don’t audit or attest — your QSA, CPA, or assessor stays independent; we’re the engineering counterpart.
- We don’t put juniors on production — there are none to put.
- We don’t do “all clouds” — AWS depth beats multi-cloud breadth, and we chose depth in 2010.

Talk to the founder, not a sales rep
Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call with Alexander. Describe your setup — you’ll leave with a specific read on what to fix first, whether we work together or not.
